A concert tribute to one of the undisputed kings of Czech melody – Karel Svoboda. This musical evening revisits the legendary composer’s greatest hits from musicals, film, and pop, reimagined in fresh arrangements, from lush instrumental versions to intimate a cappella interpretations. The show has been lovingly put together by his long-time collaborator, protégé, and master arranger Jiří Škorpík (4TET), performed by a hand-picked orchestra of soloists under his baton. Alternating cast includes: Petr Kolář, Olga Lounová, Lenka Nová, Dušan Kollár (4TET), Ladislav Korbel, Karolina Otevřelová, Lukáš Janota, Vendula Příhodová, Peter Strenáčik, Markéta Amerighi, Gabriela Vermelho and more… Presented by actor and TV host Dalibor Gondík. Running time: 120 minutes (no interval).
