Culinary evening "Taste of Mlýnec with Vladimír Vaníček"

Café Restaurant VÁCLAV and Fine dining restaurant Mlýnec, from the Zátiší Group family, cordially invite you to the culinary evening "Taste of Mlýnec with Vladimír Vaníček" on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 6:00 p.m.
 

Experience the electrifying atmosphere and playground of flavors served by the well-known chef of the Prague restaurant Mlýnec, Vladimír Vaníček. The museum will visit the Café Restaurant Václav, Škoda, and cook and present a four-course sustainable menu for the guests, specially prepared for this evening.
 

"At the tasting dinner at Café Václav, I chose from popular dishes in Mlýnec and at the same time I was inspired by suppliers in the vicinity of Mladá Boleslav. I want to present the philosophy of our dishes from local ingredients and show how their sophisticated processing turns commonly available ingredients into a breathtaking experience," he explains chef Láďa Vaníček.

COLD STARTER
Smoked beef tartare, dried egg yolk, black mustard seed, tomato-pepper emulsion, toast

FISH COURSE
Salmon trout ravioli, white cabbage kefir sauce, horseradish, caviar

MAIN COURSE
Wild boar loin, rind filling, cranberry, pumpkin, ginger, root vegetable sauce

DESSERT
Line wafer, peanut cream, currant, chocolate
